Monday Night @ Two Moon Paradise

The Funkies ventured over to a new venue Monday night and had an amazing time.  They were joined by so many guests of this great venue that at one point, all spaces were filled!  AMAZING!  We went back to the roaring 20s and swung the night away.  DJ Jaymes was cranking out some great swing & jive tunes.  Of course the Funkies were asked to come back so we will definitely be heading back to Two Moon Paradise soon! Funky Feats 50s and 60s Dance at Casablance Feb. 6th 3-5

DJ Xavia blasted away those Monday Blues with upbeat music from the 50s and 60s.  We danced at beautiful Casablanca.  There were poodle skirts, bell bottoms and retro costumes.  I took some great photos that I can no longer find.  Sorry dancers!  We all miss Hevy.  Hugs, DL Jeni Luck

Sunday Funky Diva Night @ Belar

The Funky Diva's were out in full force Sunday night at Belar for our Diva event.  Was great to see so many join us.  DJ Susie kept the music hopping while Kellie had the Diva's sizzling on the dance floor!  It sure got hot!  Kellie

Easy Grooving Sunday at Key West February 5th 12-2pm

Thursday Thrills at Key West, February 2, 2012

The thrill this Thursday was animals.  DJ Eaton played songs about animals.  The animal costumes ranged from an ostrich to a cow, and cat costumes were the favorite.  Were there silly animal jokes?  We laughed a lot. Hugs, DL Jeni Luik

Freedom Day @ Wekir February 1, 2012

February 1st is Freedom Day in the US.  Freedom Day commemorates the day President Lincoln signed the proclamation for amending the Constitution to abolish slavery.  DJ Minister played up-beat tunes that made our costumes flow freely.  Free's peacock gown made the day.  Hugs, DL Jeni Luik
