The thrill this week was  'All Girls Tunes'! The eclectic DJ Eaton played artists like Feist, Gwen Stefanni, Pretenders, ... mostly groovier and softer, but a few more rhythmic stuff as well. No disco!  We wore casual attire at the wonderful Key West.

We enjoyed the awesome fun SWING music of DJ Jaffe Gaffer! Many dove deep into inventory and dug out their Fall colored Casual Dress or Jeans and Sweaters because, we had a "It's the start of Fall" Dance Oh! the fresh crisp air and lovely colored fall leaves. Friday night many felt there Pre-Historic Passion Rise to the great music of DJ Jaffee! We showed our great great great great forefathers could rock!   Yep we are all from the same original Avi! Dress was Clubs, Spears, Furs & Leathers Beads and Shells. Oh and Bones! The chat was HALARIOUS.  What a group! Smiles and chuckles again!

Tonight was all about Bond, James Bond, and the characters from the James Bond movies.  We came dressed as James Bond, Dr. No,or one of the Bond Women.  We had a great line up at Crazy Parrot!

AND CEDAR LEAD the FIRST HOUR  Wednesday was the International Day of Peace. DJ Xavia played some inspiring Music while we got Funny and Friendly in White Outfits and had Fun even wearing Rezz Day Cake Hats! WE HADFUN! Some sent Olive Branches to lost friends - "A Hi and Hug" to cheer both of you up.
Remember --"Forgiveness" is not something we do for others. We do it for OURSELVES so we can GET WELL and MOVE ON. Hevy, Cedar and Xavia...........

Many Many Funkies joined us Saturday, September 17th from 12 to 6pm! for a Funky Maration - Steampunk Dance that had us huffing and puffing as Jeni, NYNan and Hevy keep us up with the awesome line up of: DJ Grit, DJ Zep, DJ Caron Parnell, DJ Moonie. Grit and Zep had us hopping and DJ Caron Parnell played some great industrial sounds finally DJ Moonie gathered up some UK blues!

Saturday we had a Heroes Wear Many Hats Dance as a Thank You Salute to the Many Firsts Responders (Fire, Police, Emergency.... that are there for us "Day In Day Out".

The Funkies geared up, grabbed a hat and walked in their shoes today. Hevy lead a Tribute Dance and is so so proud of the Caring, Responding Sprit the Dancers showed to this special Dance Call. Bless You and the sprit you represent!

Woo Hoo We had a Big Group Tuesday! The Music was about international dance rythms of the late 60s and early 70s. The amazing DJane Grit played songs from the Temptations, The Fifth Dimension, and Chicago.  Jeni danced us! Go Go Jeni!

For Wednesday Wonders - We survived a Sim Reboot and about half got back and the talented DJane Grit finished and played rock tunes from groups The Clash, Aerosmith, David Bowie, Deep Purple, Metallica and many more.  We came casual or in rocker duds and dance with our Awesome Dance Leader Jeni.

   For the first half of the dance DJ Minister kept it WEKIR Real-ly Funky with some fun super music! Then to our surprise singer Premium came in and Country Rocked us with the strong and purring voice. What  Power! and What Heat! She had us hoot-in and holler-in as the fun times rolled on and on.  Awesome Job Minister & Premium!

We had to fight off the SL Crash Gang!.

Looking like Bogart & Bergman or Bonnie & Clyde many came to hear DJ Xavia's wonderful Big Band Swing at Casablanca from 3-5 PM.   We had to fight off the SL Crash Gang but the Cats and Kittens stayed cool  comming back over and over making it a rompin wingding!  Dress was 30's Guys and Molls - Gangster look and boy all looked tough.  Remembers Xavias Cigar and Flask  and Tommy Guns Oh My!

NYNan lead us in a Romping Stomping Wiggle and Giggle at Sues. We looked great all decked out in leather jackets.  We had fun dancing and hooing to the international 50's and 60's tunes spun by DJ Sasha Watkin's.  Don't ya just love it when it comes together.. the - look, moves, beat and sharing.  Then it is Hoo time!  As Nan said,  we had a hold onto our hats, fun jumpy ride!

We Rocked Out! the start of Labor Day weekend with a TGIF Barbecue at Belar Inshan! Chef DJ Jaffee served up some spicy music for our picnic blast! It was backyard Picnic Dress.
